Online Exchanges & Returns

We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.com can be returned to any Club Monaco store in the United States or sent back to us via the US Postal Service, using the included USPS pre-paid return label that came with your order.

Please remember that all items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Full-Price Merchandise

Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the date on your invoice. Items returned after 60 days will be credited the current selling price. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise after 90 days from the original ship date.

Sale-Price Merchandise

Sale-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date on your invoice. After 30 days, the sale product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale

Hosiery, bodysuits, bathing suits and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.

Price Adjustments

We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustment.

Returns Made In Store

Merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.com can be returned to any US Club Monaco store. You must have your invoice with you at the time of return. Returns and exchanges must follow the guidelines in our return policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations.

If your order was purchased online with PayPal® or PayPal Credit, you cannot return it in stores or make an exchange in stores. For exchanges, please return your item and simply repurchase it. A credit for standard shipping can be provided upon shipment of your new order by calling Customer Assistance at 1-888-733-6410.

Returns By Mail

Can’t get to a Club Monaco store? No problem. For your convenience, we provide a USPS pre-paid return label with each order from ClubMonaco.com. Please note that returns and exchanges must follow the guidelines in our return policy and only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Your credit card account will be credited once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. We will also send you an email notification after your return have been processed.

To return your purchase with our US Postal Service pre-paid return label, follow the steps below:

  1. Using the original shipping box, pack the completed Return/Exchange form along with the items you wish to return.
  2. Affix the USPS pre-paid return label to the outside of your package.
  3. Seal the package securely and return the package at your local US post office.

If you choose to use our USPS pre-paid return label, $5 will be deducted from your order refund. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $5 fee does not apply to same-item exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

By using our pre-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at ClubMonaco.com through the Order Details page. Please allow up to three days after you mail your return for tracking to be available and 10–12 days for us to receive and process your request. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. We will also send you an email notification after your return has been processed.

You can also return your item through any other preferred trackable method, at your expense. We suggest insuring your package and purchasing tracking services for your protection as we cannot accept liability. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Changes To Orders

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. In Store Exchanges & Returns

Full-Price Merchandise

Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase with an original receipt or purchase validation. Items returned after 60 days are eligible for a merchandise credit at the current selling price. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

After 90 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

If you’re exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of ClubMonaco.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via standard delivery.

Sale-Price Merchandise

Sale merchandise with an original receipt or purchase validation may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase only.

Final Sale

All vintage, home, and antique items, hosiery, socks, body suits, bathing suits and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.


Gift Cards & Gift Returns Policy

Gift returns must be accompanied with a gift receipt or purchase validation and will be credited back via store credit. Currently, gift orders cannot be exchanged.
