- On the product page, simply click “Find It In Stores”. This will prompt you to enter your zip code and we’ll let you know if there is a store open in your area that’s offering in-store/curbside pick up.
- How do I initiate in-store/curbside pick up?
- From the product page, click “Find It In Stores” and follow the prompts to set up your in-store/curbside pick up. Enter your zip code and select an available location.
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to let you know your items are available for pick up.
- What should I bring to pick up?
- Please have your confirmation email and order number ready to share with an associate.
- Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
- Of course, no problem. Just make sure they have your confirmation email and order number.
- Should I let the store know I’m on my way?
- Yes, please! Call the store 30 minutes before your arrival and an associate will work out the details with you.
- How long do I have to pick up my order?
- Your order will be held at the store for seven days. If you don’t pick up your items, the order will be cancelled and you won’t be charged.
