Fits my husband very well, we sized up for him.

Poor quality. Item shrank in washing even after following washing instructions for wool items. Went to store for refund, was told to speak with manager and manager has still not phoned me back.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. The Merino Crew is very good. The material feels nice and the colour is perfect. Unfortunately tho, the size and fitting is a little off. I bough a Medium size. In store, it was fitting good. I only wore it once, since, without washing it, and now it feels very small on me. It feels that it. Would you be able to get this returned and swap it for a L size? Staff Asher provided less than an enjoyable experience however the product is what we were looking for. Staff needs more training on hospitality and sales service experience with the customer. Ask questions, be solutionary.
