Slow arrival

Based on the description of this item, I’m waiting with excitement for its arrival. Unfortunately, after three weeks since I ordered it, there is no word on its shipment or delivery date. I wish the company does a better job in updating its customers on order status.

Poor Customer Service

If I could give 0 stars I would, simply because these pants that I ordered never arrived. I emailed “customer service” several times to determine why it was taking so long for them to be delivered and was told that it had something to do with the backlog due to the sale. The last response from “customer service” was that they would be delivered in the next 10-14 days.
To my surprise when I checked my Visa statement I saw that the purchase had been credited to my account. I then called “customer service” and was told that they didn’t have my size, so they had credited the amount- even though their website clearly indicated that my size was available (and still was until 2 days ago). When I asked why I hadn’t been notified the assistant was unable to give a satisfactory explanation, other than that the email hadn’t been sent yet. It is now 2 weeks since that call and I still haven’t received it.
Shoppers beware: think twice before ordering online from Club Monaco.

Perfect dressy cargo

As a petite girl I took a chance and these fit to the ankle and look fantastic with a heel. Smooth, and make my curves look unreal! So glad I bought these. Going to be a regular staple for work and nights out.

Surprisingly flattering

I was surprised at how flattering these were on, and received compliments; even from picky daughter. All other cargo pants styles were too bulky, or too tight on my athletic/muscular lower legs. I’m 5’7, bought a zero and the proportions fit well over my buttocks, hips, and into waste, except for a slight acceptable material pulling on the back hips as it comes into waste - off the rack is never perfect.

versatile cargo pants

I love these pants! They are very chic and flattering. Also comfortable. They can be dressed up or down and the cargo details give them that touch of uniqueness.

Curved seamed cargo pants

I usually take a size 4 in Club Monaco pants.
These run a bit big. I bought a size 2 and the fit really nice. The cut is great roomy but not baggy and the pockets don’t scream cargo
