Shipping Information
Thanks for shopping with us, we hope you love your new pieces. All purchases of full-price merchandise and sale merchandise totaling $150 or more are eligible for free shipping. In the event you need to make a return, $8 will be subtracted from your return to cover the cost of shipping. If you have additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note that we are unable to ship to any commercial and freight forwarder addresses.
Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your shipment will arrive according to the schedule below (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days). To follow this schedule, your order must also be placed before 3 p.m. Eastern time and be shipped to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address.

Shipments to P.O. boxes are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited and Express delivery options are not available for these destinations. ClubMonaco.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipments may vary.
Free shipping offer is valid on any order containing over $150 shipped in the continental US and applies to Economy Ground shipping only. Applies to full price merchandise and sale merchandise. Qualifying orders that are shipped via Economy Ground to multiple addresses will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than $150 to qualify. Both offers exclude Gift Cards, taxes and additional shipping and handling (if applicable) do not count toward qualifying amount. Excluded from these offers are shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and shipments to P.O. Boxes. Other restrictions apply. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. Regular shipping charges apply for Expedited and Express Delivery. Offer subject to change.
Delivery schedules are estimated and vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing.
One of the many perks of having a registered account with ClubMonaco.com is that you’ll be able to check the status of your orders. Simply go to Orders under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have a ClubMonaco.com account yet, you can easily set one up at My Account. We promise it’ll make your life a whole lot easier.
Returns
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.com can be returned to any Club Monaco store in the United States, returns are not accepted in outlet stores, or sent back to us here within 21 days of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and a $8 fee will be deducted if you use the shipping label provided by Club Monaco. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.
- We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Tags are still attached to the item
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered
- Is accompanied by its original invoice
- Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies below
Bodysuits, home, masks, underwear, grooming products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.
If your order was purchased online with Lyst, shopspring.com, or Allume.co, you cannot return the item to Club Monaco. Please contact that merchant directly.

Please note our regular return policy applies and you must have your invoice with you at the time of return. Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. You can use the Store Locator on our website.
We are unable to make changes to an existing order. If you need to change an item, we recommend cancelling your order or returning upon receipt.
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited time in which you’ll be able to cancel. If the option is available, you will find a button next to your order on the order tracking page at the following link: My Account

We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.
Ordering & Payments
When you shop at ClubMonaco.com and add an item to your bag, that item will be saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds items you wish to purchase after you are done shopping. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them, remove them, move them to your wish list, or they become out of stock. They will remain there even after you leave our site.
Your wish list allows you to save items that you're thinking about buying. This feature saves your selections even after you leave our site, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favorite items in the future. Please note a ClubMonaco.com account is required to utilize the wish list feature.
To move items from your Shopping Bag to your wish list, sign in to your ClubMonaco.com account. If you leave the site and come back, you can still access your Wish List, but only by logging in to your account. Items will remain in your wish list unless you remove them or move them to your Shopping Bag, but placing items in your wish list does not guarantee availability.

Unfortunately, we do not accept:

Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment, with the exception of Club Monaco Gift Cards.
If a credit card is used on the order, the card will not be charged until the order ships. If a debit card or check is used, the funds will be deducted from your account immediately upon order placement.
For added security, your billing address at ClubMonaco.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. Your order process may be delayed if these addresses are different.
*When using a Credit Card Gift Card (such as a Visa gift card, or any Credit Card Gift Card not associated with Club Monaco), the gift card must cover the full amount of the order.
Got a promotional code? Great! Here’s how to use it:
- Enter your promotional code on the Payment page.
- Click Apply
If your promotional code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order in your payment summary. You can use only one promotional code per order and find all promotion restrictions in their disclaimers.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if an unauthorized promotional code is used.
We include applicable sales tax for all orders based on the shipping address. We will estimate the sales tax amount until your order has shipped and your shipping confirmation has been sent.
State and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where there is a Club Monaco store, warehouse or contact center.
If we make a permanent price reduction on a product featured on ClubMonaco.com, you are welcome to request reimbursement for the price difference within seven days of your invoice date. We can make price adjustments on items purchased at the full retail price only. Promotional sale prices are not considered permanent price changes, so they are not included in this guarantee. If you’d like to receive credit for a price difference, call Customer Assistance at 1-888-733-6410.
We work hard to make sure that the prices on ClubMonaco.com are accurate, but sometimes we make mistakes. If we’ve listed the incorrect price for a product, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
Account Information
Creating a ClubMonaco.com account isn’t required, but it will allow you to better enjoy our site. Not only will shopping be easier, but also your entire experience with us will be customized. You’ll be able to shop faster, create a Wish List and find out about special perks.
You’ll also be able to maintain an address book, review your order history, and edit billing and shipping information.
Once you’ve registered, you can access your account information by clicking on My Account any time during your visit. ClubMonaco.com is a secure site that respects your privacy. Read more about Security and Privacy.
When you register with ClubMonaco.com, you will have the option to create your own address book. This feature allows you to store not only your own billing and shipping information, but also the names and addresses of people you frequently send gifts to. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time.The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. Club Monaco will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific communication about a delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an initial confirmation email. We’ll send a second email when your order ships, containing the tracking number.
You can check your order status in the Order History area of My Account or the Track Your Orders option. - Use a fabric tape measure to find your measurements, and then follow our guidelines to make sure you’re ordering the right size. When you take your measurements, try to wear little or no clothing to get the most accurate reading.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
- Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, including your shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure. Bending your elbow at a 45 degree angle, place the measuring tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow down to your wrist.
