Order # CM899703 - “Customer Service” dept.

Order # CM899703. Club Pants were returned and delivered to Club Monaco. They agreed to give e a refund in “Customer Service”. Last time I called was January 7 and they Asked me to wait 7 - 10 days for my refund. It has been 11 business days since they promised me a refund and when I contacted Taige in Customer Service he advised that I would have to wait a further 14 business days to get a refund and sent me a email advising me of same. My original order number is CM899703. My name is Isabel Brown and my email is [****]. The returned pants were received by Club Monaco on December 29/25. I told Taige I did not want to wait another 14 days for my refund but should receive it today as promised. He said he had no control over payment of refunds. I asked him to connect or give me contact information on those who did have control and he said he couldn’t. If my opinion really does matter to you please get my refund to me - I have done my part.

Just okay, tho it runs on the larger size so size down at least 2 sizes. It’s good if you don’t mind it looking like ur naked underneath as the extra lining underneath the pockets ruins the look.

Not like the usual great corduroys from Club Monac

I had to return these corduroy pants because they were very unflattering. The fit was awkward, with the pockets bulging in an unappealing way. Additionally, the material looked dull and felt cheap, lacking the rich texture I expected from corduroy. Overall, disappointing quality."
