Return process by mail is horrible

I started my return on 11/22/2025, that when submitted they show a message a label would be sent by carrier to your email in a 3-4 business days (weird to begin with). No label was ever created or sent so I had to call after Thanksgiving to get a label - which they charge you $8 for. Club Monaco has had my return since December 4th and still has not issued a refund for my order. I had to call 5 times in order to force them to process a refund. I called back December 19th and they told me it will take another 7-10 business days to get my refund. I have not once received any updates via email or their portal.

Horrible process.

Pants were nice, tight around crotch area.

I never received my order. For more than a month now, when I login to my account to see what the status is, it says "On its way." It must be taking the scenic route because no one seems to know where it is. Customer Services hasn't responded to FOUR of my emails. And the Chat Bot on the website hasn't responded to me in two hours. During that prolonged wait, I did a bit of research and, to no suprise, sales at Club Monaco were in decline. I do wonder if its at all due to the absimal customer serivce, or maybe the inflated prices on classic pieces. Certainly nothing innovative or impressive has come out of this brand in years, yet they are priced as if they are premium when they are, at best, a peer of the GAP.

The white pants didn't suit, but the tech pantsdid

While these slacks were nice enough, I thought I was buying the Connor Tech Pant which I LOVE!!!! Do this is a review for the tech pants. I have a navy pair. I was at my nephew's wedding. At the end of the night he drunkenly pitched a chocolate martini all over them and it brushed right off. Say no more
