Club Monaco Sells Items They Don't Have!

I ordered this sweater on the 16th of December. I did not receive it. I called on January 6. I was told that they were "looking for it", but they couldn't cancel my order. I asked how long it would take, and they said that I would not be changing for it until they find it.... So now, over a month later, I don't have the sweater, and no one can tell me if I'll ever get it.

It's rather annoying, and not worth the trouble to shop here.
