I am being asked to review a product I never received. I ordered 2 cashmere sweaters and was shipped 1 sweater I never ordered, yet paid for 2 cashmere sweaters. I contacted CM customer service as soon as I received the delivery error and have not received any prompt response or support to rectify the error! All the CM stores in my area have shut down and I can’t get in touch with anyone to help me. They owe me my money back or the 2 sweaters I purchased. The sweaters were Christmas gifts that I now don’t have, nor the money I put out to purchase!

Quality is not up to par for the price.

Sweater arrived with a hole in the cuff. Contacted Club Monaco via email and told them that I would be returning it to the Club Monaco in the mall by where I live and they said okay. Got there and store is gone. Contacted Club Monaco several times via email and it’s been radio silence. Can’t get my money back and now have to pay someone to fix it or I can’t wear it. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FEOM THIS COMPANY. I’ve bought so many cashmere sweaters from Club Monaco and have never had a problem but this will be the last one. They have ZERO customer service.

I was Christmas shopping for family when I saw this sweater for me. I tried it on and fell in love. I'm a size small and tried on a small. I love this "slightly slouchy fit through the body" style, the grey color and how thick and cozy Club Monaco cashmere feels. I decided to stay focused on others, being the season of giving. I now see no grey left in my size. I will be watching and hoping this sweater becomes available again. Great product!

On my third time wearing the knit cashmere dress in camel, pulling was very evident. Poor quality cashmere. Fit is great otherwise

I am disappointed that my recent order was cancelled without consulting me, regarding the item was oversold, while my payment was taken without informing me of the stock discrepancy. My money was held without updates until the sudden cancellation. I am now missing both the item and the promotional pricing. I firmly believe it is your responsibility to ensure customers are notified of any stock issues before payment is processed. I eas hopping for an explanation how similar issues will be prevented, as this has happened before with another order.

I bought this sweater in both ivory and black in size small for a looser fit (usually an XS). This cashmere feels a lot thicker and the stitching feels more intact than the cashmere sweater from BR. Feels really heavy and keeps me super warm :) I love it!

I returned at 30 days only to be reminded that CM has a 21 day return policy. I understand why the policy is in place, but when the product still says NEW product and when it is in the shop window…I don’t think I am sticking anyone with an out of date item.

I was so excited to buy a PINK sweater that the website calls “Rose” but in real life it’s mostly beige and kind of ugly. A little deceiving. I would love if CM had more colour in their clothes. I also found it to be a little itchy so it’s not the quality that I’d expect at this price point. I’m happy to pay full price for Club cashmere but this one was a big miss for me.

Getting a refund from this company is like pulling teeth. I have tried to get refunds and I make
Multiple phone calls in order to get the refund. It’s insane and borderline criminal they make returns so difficult.

Oh and the sweater fits too boxy
