Perfect, light, classy

The price stayed the same, yet the dress no longer comes with a slip. Even if the description says it does, the slip is missing. Had to return.

I purchased this dress and wore it twice (out to lunch and shipping for a day). With this minimal wear, there is an area of visible wear (a hole developing) on the butt area. Very disappointing for the price of the dress. I reached out to customer service, but they were not very helpful, and did not offer a refund or replacement.

Loved this dress the few times I wore it. Beautiful material and fit. I was hoping this would be a staple dress that would be in my closet for years. However, I washed it exactly according to the care instructions and not only did it shrink, but a LOT of the dye washed out of it, leaving the dress a dingy grey colour. I've seen other reviews mention the same thing, and I'm extremely disappointed in Club Monaco. If you buy this anyway, I recommend sizing down. I'm normally a 2-4, but bought a size 0.

Bought this dress in the blush and the black. Perfect summer dress - can be worn for casual and more formal events. I had to have it shortened - it was perfectly done - dress looks great. A bit concerned about washing, since I bought the blouse made of the same silk and colour and followed washing instructions to a t and it has shrunk ever so slightly as the seams. The black runs a bit smaller through the hips than the blush. Bought the blush in a 2 and the black in a 4. I wear a s or xs in tops depending on the cut. Pants can range between 2 and a 6 depending on the style.

There are some great things about this dress. It is classic, elegant, versatile and draped beautifully. It is made from lightweight silk but is not too sheer. However, though I only wore this a handful of times and hand-washed it once, it is already completely threadbare in spots. Apparently, this was not designed to sit down in. Absolutely shameful at this price point. Save your money.

This dress is so beautiful on, super flattering and doesn’t wrinkle. It’s a really light weight, perfect year round dress for me in California. If you’re petite would likely need it hemmed, I’m 5’10 and the length is perfect on me.

I adore the fabric of this-- lightweight, comfortable, and, best of all, machine washable. Not surprising, but this is longer on me than it is on the model. I'm 5'8" and have 1.5-2 inches from the ground. Might be a tough length for shorter women without tailoring.

Given the fabric, this is definitely a warmer weather dress for me. I can see it transitioning well from more casual work days to going out for dinner or for weekend brunches/shopping. All in all, the sort of dress that I know I'll turn to a ton once the weather is right.
