Great product; poor shopping experience

The actual Product is great, and meets what I was looking for. The digital shopping experience at Club Monaco is pretty weak, compared to most other retailers I have shopped at (lack of or broken shipment tracking links; digital return/refund mechanism doesn't work; need to actually call several times to actually get my refund; one item from my order was removed due to out-of-stock, but I was never informed of that until I called Customer Service).
