WILL NEVER BUY IT AGAIN.
I purchased a size 4 blazer and size 8 pants in store Jan 31, 2026. They were the last ones in the store and nothing was in stock online but obviously a size 4 is very small for me. When time passes by, I saw a size 6 online and says low in stock. I ordered size 6 ONLINE. After 5 days, it shows size 6 Label created with DHL. The shipping information has never been updated since Feb 20, 2026. During this time, I have called the customer service via phone but they told me there is nothing they can do to locate the item. Therefore, I have decided to return my size 4 blazer and size 8 pants in store. I had to travel half an hour by train because the nearest store was in Yorkdale. On Feb 25 I reached out to the customer service live chat, and I wanted to cancel my online order. The customer service told me my order has been DELIVERED by PURALTOR!! they told me either I will pay $9 for return by package and they can't do anything about it. or I will have to travel again to Yorkdale to return it. This is club Monaco's responsibility to display correct info on website but they get customers need to bear with all these economically and emotionally. WILL NEVER BUY IT AGAIN.
