I never received it

hard to like something never received. Also, it’s a crazy policy that I have to wait over 2 weeks to get a new one shipped when FedEx clearly shows they never received the package. When you pay 200 plus for an article of clothing you expect to receive it. This place is going down hill. Both stores in Chicago are closed permanently. I won’t be buying here ever again after I finally receive this item.
