Love The Shirt But Not The Fit

Club Monaco’s XS used to fit me well but in the last couple of years, I’ve noticed that the sizing has been getting bigger and bigger. My weight has stayed the exact in the last 15 years, so I don’t think it’s me. I would love to fill my wardrobe with Club Monaco, but unfortunately it’s too big for me.

La chemise est vraiment bien faite. C'est pour cela que je l'ai commandée. Cependant ma commande a été annulée sans que je sois prévenue. Je l'ai appris en échangeant avec un membre du service client peu clair et pas aimable.
Surpris donc de n'avoir pas reçu d'information formelle, de remboursement, ni même d'excuses. Encore plus surpris que l'on me demande d'écrire un avis. Mais après plusieurs relances de Club Monaco, je m'exécute.
