Extremely Poor Quality

I have washed this once and it is pilling like it’s 10 years old. I’ll be reaching out to customer service. Terrible quality. Disappointing.

horrible material. definatly not wool.

i bought this sweater today and washed it as recommended, hand wash cold water and not only did it shrink but there were chunks of wool pieces left behind and the sweater pilled so badly with just one wash. So i contacted customer service and they immediately emailed me a return slip so sending it back today. Hopefully i be reimbursed shortly. Appreciate the quick service but i won't be buying another one.

Hi Nella, we're so sorry to hear that the Shrunken Wool Turtleneck was damaged after just one wash. We strive for excellent condition wear after wear in all of our pieces, and this product fell short of that standard. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.,Club Monaco Customer Care Team,,clientresponse
