Thanks for shopping with us, we hope you love your new pieces. As of July 6, 2020, please note a few changes we’ve made to our shipping and return policy. All purchases of full-price merchandise are eligible for free shipping. All purchases of sale merchandise totaling $99 or more are eligible for free shipping. If your purchase contains a sale and full-price item, you will receive free shipping. In the event you need to make a return, $5 will be subtracted from your return to cover the cost of shipping. If you have additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
- Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your shipment will arrive according to the schedule below (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days). To follow this schedule, your order must also be placed before 3 p.m. Eastern time and be shipped to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address.

Shipments to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa, and any P.O. boxes are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Economy, 2 Business Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for these destinations. ClubMonaco.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipments may vary.
Free shipping offer is valid on any order containing a full priced item shipped in the continental US and applies to Economy Ground shipping only. Applies to full price merchandise only and excludes any order containing only sale merchandise. Qualifying orders that are shipped via Economy Ground to multiple addresses will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations. Free shipping offer on orders over $99 applies to any order containing only sale merchandise shipped in the continental US and applies to Economy Ground shipping only. Track Your Orders

One of the many perks of having a registered account with ClubMonaco.com is that you’ll be able to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have a ClubMonaco.com account yet, you can easily set one up at My Account. We promise it’ll make your life a whole lot easier.
You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Order. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.
Returns
Great news, we’re extending our holiday returns period until January 10, 2021, for orders placed between October 28, 2020 and December 10, 2020.
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.com can be returned to any Club Monaco store in the United States or sent back to us here within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Please note, orders placed using PayPal & Klarna must be returned via UPS, and cannot be processed in stores. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and a $5 fee will be deducted if you use the shipping label provided by Club Monaco. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Gift returns must be accompanied with a gift receipt or purchase validation within 30 days of purchase and will be credited back via store credit. If you have any questions at all, please call us at 1-888-733-6410 or email us at CustomerAssistanceUS@ClubMonaco.com.
We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered
- Is accompanied by its original invoice
- Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies below
Bodysuits, home, masks, grooming products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.
If your order was purchased online with Lyst, shopspring.com, or Allume.co, you cannot return the item or make an exchange in stores. Returns can be processed either by mailing your item back with your invoice or by visiting the Order Status & Tracking section of ClubMonaco.com.
We are not able to process exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you may place a new order online at ClubMonaco.com or by calling us at 1-888-733-6410.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

How to Return an Order by Mail

Can’t get to a Club Monaco store? No problem. Click here to start your online return. Returns must follow the guidelines on our return policy. Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Your credit card account will be credited once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. We will also send you an email notification after your return has been processed.
Please note, after you’ve printed and shipped using the USPS return label, $5 will be deducted from your order refund. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within two weeks of arriving to our distribution center. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed. By using our prepaid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment through the Order Details page on ClubMonaco.com. Please allow up to three days after you mail your return for tracking to be available.

You can also return your item through any other trackable method at your expense. We suggest insuring your package and purchasing tracking services for your protection, as we cannot accept liability. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

We are unable to make changes to an existing order. If you need to change an item, we recommend cancelling your order or returning upon receipt.

Price Adjustments

We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.

Using Your Shopping Bag

When you shop at ClubMonaco.com and add an item to your bag, that item will be saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds items you wish to purchase after you are done shopping. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them, remove them, move them to your wish list, or they become out of stock. They will remain there even after you leave our site.
Your wish list allows you to save items that you're thinking about buying. This feature saves your selections even after you leave our site, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favorite items in the future. Please note a ClubMonaco.com is required to utilize the wish list feature.
To move items from your Shopping Bag to your wish list, sign in with your ClubMonaco.com login and password (you can get one here). If you leave the site and come back, you can still access your Wish List, but only by signing in with your login and password. Items will remain in your wish list unless you remove them or move them to your Shopping Bag, but placing items in your wish list does not guarantee availability.

If a credit card is used on the order, the card will not be charged until the order ships. If a debit card or check is used, the funds will be deducted from your account immediately upon order placement.
To make ordering even easier, we can store your credit card information in your ClubMonaco.com account once you register online. This information is secure and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. You can read our Privacy Notice just to be safe.
For added security, your billing address at ClubMonaco.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. Your order process may be delayed if these addresses are different.
*When using a Credit Card Gift Card (such as a Visa gift card, or any Credit Card Gift Card not associated with Club Monaco), the gift card must cover the full amount of the order.

We are pleased to offer students 15% off online and in stores.
To shop online, simple create a Club Monaco account with a valid .edu address and the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
To shop in stores, simply present your student ID at checkout in a Club Monaco store at the point of sale. The discount will be applied to your purchase.
The Student Discount offer is valid on full and sale-priced merchandise, but cannot be combined with any other offer. It is not valid on previously purchased merchandise or the purchase of gift cards, and cannot be redeemed for cash. This offer is not valid on handmade jewelry, fine jewelry, vintage, home, beauty, Collection, Club Monaco leather jackets, select shearling, or third-party products.
Sales Tax

We include applicable sales tax for all orders based on the shipping address. We will estimate the sales tax amount until your order has shipped and your shipping confirmation has been sent.
State and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where there is a Club Monaco store, warehouse or contact center.

If we make a permanent price reduction on a product featured on ClubMonaco.com, you are welcome to request reimbursement for the price difference within seven days of your ship date. We can make price adjustments on items purchased at the full retail price only. Promotional sale prices are not considered permanent price changes, so they are not included in this guarantee. If you’d like to receive credit for a price difference, call Customer Assistance at 1-888-733-6410.
We work hard to make sure that the prices on ClubMonaco.com are accurate, but sometimes we make mistakes. If we’ve listed the incorrect price for a product, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

From the product page, click “Find It In Stores” and follow the prompts to set up your in-store/curbside pick up. Enter your zip code and select an available location.
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to let you know your items are available for pick up.
What should I bring to pick up?
Please have your confirmation email and order number ready to share with an associate.
Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
Of course, no problem. Just make sure they have your confirmation email and order number.
Should I let the store know I’m on my way?
Yes, please! Call the store 30 minutes before your arrival and an associate will work out the details with you.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Your order will be held at the store for seven days. If you don’t pick up your items, the order will be cancelled and you won’t be charged.

When you register with ClubMonaco.com, you will have the option to create your own address book. This feature allows you to store not only your own billing and shipping information, but also the names and addresses of people you frequently send gifts to. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time.
The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. Club Monaco will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific communication about a delivery.
Although we allow you to add international addresses to your address book, we do not ship outside of the United States. The international billing feature is designed for our international customers who frequently send gifts to the United States or who maintain United States residences. We do, however, have Club Monaco stores all over the world. Please use Our Stores to find the store nearest you.
Storing Credit Card Information on Your Account

When you register at ClubMonaco.com, you’ll be able to securely store a credit card number in your account for easy shopping and checkout. Though we can’t ship outside of the United States when you order from the US site, or outside of Canada when you order from the Canadian site, you can still store any credit card. All credit cards stored on ClubMonaco.com are encrypted for user protection so that no one—including anyone working for our customer assistance and information technology centers—will be able to access your credit card number.
Once you make a purchase from our site, the credit card you use at checkout can be stored for you in your User Profile. You will be able to delete your credit card information, but you won’t be able to make changes to it once it’s stored. To read our Privacy Policy, click here.

Alterations in Club Monaco Stores

We understand that fit is just as important as design, so we offer complimentary basic alterations on regular-price merchandise purchased in our stores and online. All alterations must be requested in a Club Monaco store. Items purchased online must be accompanied by the shipping invoice to show proof of purchase. A basic alteration is defined as shortening an existing simple hem on pants and skirts. Altered merchandise cannot be returned and may take up to 10 days to complete.
