We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.com can be returned to any Club Monaco store in the United States or sent back to us here within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
Gift returns must be accompanied with a gift receipt or purchase validation within 30 days of purchase and will be credited back via store credit. If you have any questions at all, please call us at 1-888-733-6410 or email us at [email protected].
We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered
- Is accompanied by its original invoice
- Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies below
Bodysuits, home, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.
If your order was purchased online with Lyst, shopspring.com, or Allume.co, you cannot return the item or make an exchange in stores. Returns can be processed either by mailing your item back with your invoice or by visiting the Order Status & Tracking section of ClubMonaco.com.
We are not able to process exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you may place a new order online at ClubMonaco.com or by calling us at 1-888-733-6410.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

All styles marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Offer begins January 29, 2020 at 8AM EST at ClubMonaco.com only on select Final Sale merchandise, as marked. The offer is applied to eligible items at checkout before taxes and shipping. No exchanges, returns or credits permitted on any Final Sale merchandise purchased. This offer is not applicable to purchases being shipped internationally. Offer is not valid on previously purchased merchandise. This offer has no cash value. Offer can only be combined with free economy shipping on orders of $99 or more shipped within the United States. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Return an Order by Mail
Can’t get to a Club Monaco store? No problem. For your convenience, we provide a USPS prepaid return label with each order from ClubMonaco.com or return your order here. Returns must follow the guidelines in our return policy. Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Your credit card account will be credited once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. We will also send you an email notification after your return has been processed.
If you choose to use our USPS prepaid return label, $5 will be deducted from your order refund. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within two weeks of arriving at our distribution center. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed. By using our prepaid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment through the Order Details page on ClubMonaco.com. Please allow up to three days after you mail your return for tracking to be available.
If you need to print an additional return label, please visit our easy returns section and enter the information required.Follow the instructions to complete your return and print your return label.
You can also return your item through any other trackable method at your expense. We suggest insuring your package and purchasing tracking services for your protection, as we cannot accept liability. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

While our stores are temporarily closed to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees, ClubMonaco.com is open and ready to serve during this period. To help ease the product return process, we’re happy to extend the return window for orders purchased in stores beginning Wednesday, February 26th for an additional 30 days from the store re-opening.
Please note our regular policy applies once stores reopen and you must have your invoice with you at the time of return. Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. You can use the Store Locator on our website. Please note, orders placed using PayPal must be returned via UPS. PayPal returns cannot be processed in stores.
Changes to Orders
We are unable to make changes to an existing order. If you need to change an item, we recommend cancelling your order or returning upon receipt.
