I ordered two of these shirts in November and a polo shirt, have been dealing with customer service, have only received one T-shirt and no polo.

Bad communication

The shirt and products are great, but they are overshadowed by the shipping process and communication. You don’t have updated shipping information. You don’t have follow ups when there are issues. I emailed my concern and never received a reply. Very poor experience, which makes me not want to purchase anything from Club Monaco online.

Not sure if they changed the fabric but it’s much thinner in material so it feels hard and does not wash well.

Great shirt and very happy with my purchase. Note that the materials are a bit thin but I like that and fits a bit small so I'm very glad I ordered size large. For context, I buy size medium pocket-T's from Polo.

Love this T. I am 5'11", 165 LBS and size medium is a perfect fit. Sometimes CM's stops can be a little short and tight in the arms but this one's a gem. I've bought several - and my wife loves it.

A Disappointing Re-purchase

I had purchased a few Williams tees before, they are are my favorite t-shirts I own and I wanted to buy some fresh ones. Unfortunately the quality seems to have gone down. My older t-shirts were made in Vietnam, while the newer ones are made in India. I only mention this because it’s a tangible difference that is printed in the shirt, and might explain the differing quality. The new shirts are made of much thinner cotton. Because of this they droop more and don’t hold their shape as well after a wash. Also, the cotton is much less soft and slightly more uncomfortable on my skin. It’s disappointing that a change of manufacturer led to, in my opinion, a worse product.
