EXCELLENT quality cashmere. I hope they sell this for a while. I want to get every colour this year.
Despite they call it recycled cashmere, I don’t see it any lesser than my other cashmere sweater. And even more you won’t find another brand that offer cashmere sweater at this affordable price. The sweater would not be skin-tight on the waist if you are a guy in shape, but it doesn’t really matter if you are layering it.
The look and feel of this turtleneck is great, but it runs large. If you normally wear a medium, you want to order a small. I had to return it because of that reason.
I never received it. My order was cancelled after weeks of waiving
Ordered the item when it was on sale online on 12/25/23. It is 1/11/2024., two and a half weeks later. I never received the item. I called and contacted customer service several times and received several differing answers. I saw the item in the store, I should have just purchased it there. But since the item is a final sale, the online sales representatives would not cancel the order. Finally I was able to get the order cancelled on 1/11/2024, since they ran out of stock! This is the second time I have ordered an item on Club Monaco’s website to have the item out of stock. They need to plan their logistics better. Why accept orders when you don’t have stock! Such a nightmare. On top of that Club Monaco never gave me a discount code to use on another purchase for this inconvenience.
Le chandail est de bonne qualité mais la photo n'est pas représentative de la couleur. Elle s'en éloigne de façon très significative. La couleur montrée est clairement grise et le chandail reçu est clairement beige. Puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une seule couleur offerte c'est VRAIMENT étonnant.
