Great quality, true to size

I’m size 6 at boutiques, size 4 at dept store and 5’2”. I got a size 6 and it fit perfectly in the waist/more in the looser side everywhere else. Dress dusted the top of my feet, will look perfect with heels. The lace is very pretty close up and feels soft and strong.
