Ordered a Medium Sent An Extra Small

Big disappointment. I ordered a Medium but got an Extra Small. I called and was told I would be sent the Medium I ordered and not to worry about sending back the Extra Small because it was their mistake. I waited a week but my Medium never arrived. I was then told I would not be getting the Medium I ordered but would have to return the Extra Small. It was a horrible, frustrating experience. There is no accountability and obviously a lack of communication between what the website is offering and what is actually available in the warehouse. I will not order again because who wants to get excited about ordering an item they will never get.
