I love this coat. The colour is this rich chocolate brown. I like that it's not lined as it drapes the body perfectly. I went 1 size up as I want an oversized look. Overall very satisfied with this item.

I completely agree with the other reviewer. I went into the store twice to have the coat ordered because they refused to order over the phone, and then the coat never comes even thought the store manager is saying they see 8 in stock at the warehouse. And then you just wait and wait for weeks only to get a cancellation notice. Very backward system in this day and age of retail when everything is shipped in a couple of days and you at least get a cancellation email quickly. And customer support doesn’t know anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal customer service at Club Monaco. I attempted to order this coat and was repeatedly assured by multiple sales representatives that the item was available including physically holding the item at store for purchase. Yet, after waiting seven days, I received a cancellation notice claiming the coat was not in stock. How does this happen in 2024?
The inability to process credit card payments over the phone makes your system utterly useless. Add to that the complete lack of urgency in fulfilling orders, and it’s clear that Club Monaco is far behind its competitors. Every major retailer can process orders, fulfill them, and ship within 48 hours. Why can’t you?

This has been one of the most disappointing retail experiences of my life. For a brand that markets itself as premium, this was anything but. I expected much better and will be taking my business elsewhere.
