Elegantly flattering and weightless

With my daughter's upcoming high school graduation and dinner coming up in a month (small school so parents attend both!), I needed a dress that was flattering and elegant and comfortable. Nothing to compete with the prom and bridesmaid-like dresses for young women, thank you very much! While shopping online to get ideas for which stores to go to try dresses on in real life, I spotted this dress. Bought it online because there was a prompt on the screen that said there was only 1 left in this size. Thankfully, it fit - usually I order 2 sizes but the size 8 was sold out. Very flattering and comfortable. I am 5 foot 4 inches and a size 29 waist. This is about 5 inches too long for me, but easy enough for me to hem it. It was surprising to me that this cost so much money but prices are comparable at Banana Republic and Reformation is even more expensive, for instance. Special occasion is worth the splurge for me, plus I can definitely wear this to lots of other occasions, too.
